| 07.11.2014 ФАНО России проведёт голосование по кандидатам в комиссию по оценке результативности деятельности научных организаций 10 ноября ФАНО России запускает голосование, в ходе которого будут выбраны кандидаты в научный состав комиссии по оценке результативности деятельности организаций, подведомственных Агентству. Голосование пройдет среди сотрудников научных организаций в рамках интернет-площадки fano-vote.ru. Всего ФАНО России получило 986 заявок от потенциальных кандидатов в комиссию. Выборы начнутся 10 ноября в 12:00 по Московскому времени и закончатся 16 ноября в 23:59. Их цель – сформировать состав комиссии с учетом мнения научного сообщества и в соответствии с правовыми и нормативными актами Российской Федерации.

| 15.07.2014 IBRAE RAN Director among the Russian delegates took part in the International Summit on combating nuclear terrorism.
Within July 1- 4, 2014 in the capital of the Republic of Korea, Seoul, hosted by the Korean Institute of non-proliferation and control, a regular meeting of the Implementation and Assessment Group - IAG, formed under the GICNT - Global Initiative to Combat Nuclear Terrorism was held. IBRAE RAN Director L.A.Bolshov was included in the Russian delegation, and being asked by the President of the Russian Academy of Sciences V.E.Fortov took an active part in the plenary sessions of the Working Group on nuclear detection, response and overcoming situational acts of nuclear terrorism (RMWG).

Igor Osipiyants 28.04.1958-27.06.2014 Igor Osipiyants, Deputy Director of IBRAE RAN, PhD (in physics and mathematics), talented scientist and a remarkable person passed away on 27th of June, 2014, after a grave illness. Igor Osipiyants’s career is inseparably related to issues of radiation safety and radiation protection. Igor Osipiyants was born in Sevastopol in 1958. After school, he enrolled in the Moscow Engineering and Physical Institute (MEPhI), and successfully graduated from in 1981. Then there was a training and postgraduate study on the Chair No. 1 of MEPhI, after which he started working at the Institute of Medical and Biological Problems of the Ministry of Health of the USSR.

FSUE “Atomflot” is a unique facility of the State Corporation «Rosatom», which operates and maintains a fleet of Russian civil nuclear icebreakers. The experts of IBRAE RAN organized, prepared and conducted the exercise in the framework of cooperation with the US Department of Energy.

Founder of the Soviet Nuclear fleet Sarkisov and Swedish nuclear physicist Larsson won the "Global Energy" Prize Award ceremony of the "Global Energy" Prize was held in the frames of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on Friday, May 23. This year the laureates of the International Energy Prize have become Swedish scientist Lars Gunnar Larsson and his Russian counterpart - Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Ashot Sarkisov, who earned the award for their outstanding contribution to the improvement of nuclear power safety and decommissioning of nuclear facilities. |

| 20.05.2014 Goals and objectives of the technological modernization of the Russian Federation was discussed by the leading Russian and world experts and heads of ministries and departments of the country during the First All-Russian Congress "Technology Platform “Integrated Safety of Industry and Energy"(TP ISIE).
The Congress was opened by the Minister of EMERCOM of the Russian Federation A.V. Puchkov, who highlighted the importance of integrated safety problems for the development of the Russian economy.

| 16.05.2014 Technology Platform “Integrated Safety of Industry and Energy" Technology Platform “Integrated Safety of Industry and Energy" was approved and included in the list of technological platforms by the decision of the Presidium of the Presidential Council of the Russian Federation on economic modernization and innovative development of Russia (minutes No.2 of July 31, 2013). Initiative of TP ISIE establishment was a response to the Order of Vladimir Putin (Minutes No.4 of meeting of the Chief Designers Board under the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation dated 07.12.2009, p.7). The President of Russia (the Prime Minister at that time), appreciating the experience of leading organizations working on the creation of safety systems in the nuclear industry, charged to consider this experience in developing measures to ensure the reliability and safety in the industry and energy sectors. |

С 8 по 12 сентября 2014 года на площадках Российской академии наук, Федерального агентства научных организаций и Инновационного центра «Сколково» состоится междисциплинарный научный форум Moscow Science Week (MSW 2014). Мероприятие объединит представителей физики, биологии, медицины, химии и наук о материалах, компьютерных наук, наук о данных и гуманитарных наук из России и зарубежных стран и соберет широкий круг научных сотрудников, инженеров и программистов, представителей научных фондов и институтов развития, инновационных предприятий и наукоемкой промышленности, органов государственного управления.
The exercise «Arctic-2014» was held in the territory of FSUE «Atomflot» on June 23-24. The Russian and international observers took part in the exercise.
9 June 2014 in Moscow at business center "Gostiny Dvor" has opened the VI International forum "ATOMEXPO 2014". The forum, organized by the State Corporation on atomic energy "Rosatom"is the largest Russian exhibition and business venue for meetings of professionals of the nuclear industry, where there is a discussion of topical issues of nuclear power, forming the trends of its further development.
По итогам прошедшего 20—23 мая VII Международного салона «Комплексная безопасность-2014» ИБРАЭ РАН награжден дипломом за подписями сопредседателей Оргкомитета Министра Российской Федерации по делам гражданской обороны, чрезвычайным ситуациям и ликвидации последствий стихийных бедствий В.А. Пучкова и Заместителя министра внутренних дел Российской Федерации С.А. Герасимова
